JOBA WHAT WENT WRONG?

I didn't think they grew them that stupid on the farm, but apparently they do. Thanks to Joba's stupidity Nebraska is going to see first hand a Big City Press and corporate damage control circus the likes its never seen. Not even when Tom Osbourne was running the show at the U of Nebraska. So my advise to Joba: PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR CORNFIELD!!

TAMPA WINS!!!!!

Well thanks Tampa Bay for making look the fool. What can you say they showed up and got great starting pitching and clutch hitting. Now they will play the Phillies and hopefully the Philles' lay off will not effect them. Phillies in five.

THOSE PESTY RED SOX

Well now Tampa is is in the sights of the that team from Boston who has made it a habit of making their opponents in the playoffs feel real comfortable and then mounting a come back that snatches victory from them. They did it against the Yankees(that hurts me to type) the Cleveland Indians, and now the Tampa Bay Rays. Yes the Red Sox will win tonight and by doing so will go on to play the Phillies in the World Series. In fact the Red Sox won this series when they scored eight runs with only seven outs left to their season in game 5. TOO bad we have to play the rest of these games and add insult to injury for the Rays. Red Sox will also beat Philly, why you may ask? its a long lay off just ask Colorado.

LIVE FROM NEW YORK..........

Its Saturday night Live with Sarah Palin!!! Well if any one watched last nights show then you saw first hand both Tina Fey and her look alike Sarah Palin, no wait, strike that, Sarah's look alike,on the same stage together since Tina Fey decided that it was in the best interest of the country for her to return to the show and show us all just how messed up John McCain's choice of a running mate really was. You see the left, the far far left, can't get over the fact that a woman, such as Sarah, who exercises her right to choose freely by not aborting a child she and her husband knew would be born with downs syndrome, exercises her right to go hunting, and oh lets not forget take her kid to hockey practice. Now, if Sarah were on the far left she would have had that abortion, if not only to "protect the child from further sufferings",but to protect her oh so busy business and social calender. If Sarah were a far left woman she would have objected to her husband's hunting trips, calling him a murder in front of the children, and then reading Bambi to there kids after he had left. And as far as doing anything with the kids like driving them to hockey practice, well that's the job of the housekeeper. You see Sarah is a product of the same woman's rights movement that produced Hillary,Oprah and all the rest of the women of the far left. Except that Sarah exercised her freedom not to follow in step with the left wing politics of that movement but to go in a different direction, a direction that was not open to her or any other woman fifty years ago. Now thats courage and an indicator of true, real leadership qualities.

Can we please leave Sarah Palin alone already

I don't know about you but i am pretty fed up with the left wing liberal media's unending ranting about Sarah Palin. You would think already that she's mad, completely out of her skull stupid by what has been printed and said about her. Enough, in my book these talking heads know nothing about presidential politics. Harry Truman, was a two term senator when he was selected to become Veep. When the time came for him to president he rose to the occasion and served this country well. How about Gerald Ford, he was a congressman who, in the matter of weeks went from the floor of the congress to the presidency, he handled his call to duty admirably and almost was shot doing so. How about Woodrow Wilson's Veep? When Woodrow was stricken by a stroke did he step up to take charge? No, Woodrow's wife stepped in, and by concealing the president's illness, effectively controlled and ran the presidency until he recovered. And last but not least, good old Honest Abe Lincoln. What experience did Abe have that would have qualified him or prepared him for the presidency? None. And yet he navigated this country through its most darkest hour, The Civil War and paid for his brilliant leadership with his life. Sure did all of these leaders make mistakes? Yes, but they didn't let any of that stop them from governing and leading and I feel that Sarah Palin will do the same, because there is no pretest that we can administer to anyone crazy enough to want to lead this nation. We need only to look at their positions on the issues and as voters hope that we make the right choice on election day. And to that i can only say that the American voter's abilities should be questioned as well, after all 55 million of us voters helped to re-elect W.

The Dow!! May I please get another ticket for that ride?

What a ride it was today on the Dow. In less then 58 minutes of trading the Dow went from being down 800 pts, yes 800!, to being down only 300, pts. I don't know much about stocks and all the inner workings of the economic system that affords me the ability to earn a living, save and invest, but I do know something about roller coasters and boy I know that Six Flags wishes it had a ride like that for its customers to enjoy. Then again upon second thought maybe they don't.
